I was given the wrong information at this visitor center to complete my business on base. I was also called a liar by one of the Sargeant's working behind the counter, because she forgot to issue all required passes to me the first time. Gate turns me around, Sargeant's answer in the visitor center, " I already gave it to you!!" in a condescending loud tone. I have never seen so many poor manners from military personnel, ever. I have to say, that my overall introduction to MacDill has left a really bad impression on me. I know the military standards and ethics that I was trained to display at all times, was/is not present on the days I visited. I hope it's just a temporary problem.

No gas at all at the fuel station and have to wear face masks everywhere on base.

You can also renew at the kiosk in the BX food court.
No. Just have to wear a mask in all public areas and maintain the 6ft distance rule. Only active duty(which I am) are required to be fully vaccinated.
What are the ID guidelines for bringing a guest in base ? .I am an ID card holder. Thank you
