The register wouldn’t open to give my change nor did it print my receipt. So one of the workers called in guessing the manage who came in dragging her feet drinking a smoothie taking forever to resolve the issue. So I continue to wait patiently. finally I received my change and I’m still waiting on my receipt. She then asked me was I planning on returning the shoes, which is very ignorant to ask a paying customer! I’m a business owner and keep all my receipts. Please teach your employees how to be professional and conduct business the correct way!!!
