Usually I go in and the two ladies in there really brighten my day wth my amazing iced coffee. Today I go in at 3:04 this store is in the bus terminal and my bus left at 3:15 2 ppl in front of me plenty of time right WRONG I get to the counter at 3:09 it took her 7 minutes to make a large ice coffee she would work on it a minute and stop and just stand there almost as if she was doing it on purpose because I Usually leave my change from a 5 for a tip (almost 2 dollars) however I didn't today because there was no sense of urgency at all and talking to each other as if there weren't any customers
