Stopped in on my lunch to have my glasses adjusted. The women working were super efficient. They checked me right in, and started working on them right away. Besides fixing the issue with the arm, they adjusted them for my face and cleaned them before sending me on my way. I'm glad I chose them for my backup pair too - when those come in the mail, I'll stop in for a fitting. I would highly recommend. And, only $95 with a prescription. Can't beat it.

No

The arm of my metal frame Warby Parker glasses suddenly broke while I was wearing them. Is repair covered under warranty? They are not even a year old. Very disappointed.

I would give them a call to be sure. They are very helpful.

So I reached out yesterday to you but I need to ask one more question. Do you accept original Medicare? I was told "As long as the provider accepts original Medicare standard frames are no cost, anything else is an upcharge by the vendor."

I'd email corporate to get an answer in writing. People on Google maps are unlikely to have had experience with this, and the company is unlikely to respond fully in this form.
