Nasty goody rude waiters and nasty eating conditions. Health department needs to come clean this place up. Ended up leaving hungry bc they tried to serve me dirty lettuce for a salad I told them I didn’t want the dirty lettuce brought my blt looked smashed and the waitress was grabbing our glasses by the rim of cup which is not sanitary. Unacceptable and not okay. Also ceiling has mold and water damaged. Starlight Dinner

Staff are nice, but only WHEN they actually show up to work or when they actually pick up the phone. Most of the time it is impossible to speak with anyone unless you show up in person and wait for 30 minutes to actually speak with a live human instead of an answering machine

I have called and called this place to schedule an appointment to get my kids' their immunizations and it was ringing for over 40 minutes a few times and many other times it rang for over 20 minutes. Does anyone answer the phone in this place?

This is the worst place to go. They will not remove teeth no matter how bad it is for the child. The doctor is rude. The office staff is rude. My child has now been suffering for 9 months because they wouldn't remove his tooth.. They would not even help me find someone to take his tooth out. I have called every dentist in 100 mile radius and nobody will see him. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!!

The Volusia County Health Department does not have a medical epidemiologist on staff. Some Florida counties have medical epidemiologists on staff and there are several in Tallahassee. The Department of Health state office in Tallahassee can provide information about a specific disease as it relates to public health and other county health departments that may have a medical epidemiologist. The contact number is 850-245-4444.

Thank you for your question. If the childcare is licensed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF), that is where the complaint should be filed. The telephone number is (850) 487-1111. However, if the childcare is religious exempt, then there is no government agency with regulatory authority. DCF should be able to provide you direction.
