Gustavo was a master of the craft. Called me to confirm the appointment, when he was on his way, there was never a moment of me wondering where they were. Showed up on time and informed me of everything that would be needed and would be done. Boarded up the windows and doors of the gas station that was closed that I cover and got the job done quickly. Not only was it quick but it looked like a work of art. The wood was sturdy, not something cheap and after all was said and done also cleaned up the bits left over from the job. Was extremely polite, professional and was quick and efficient. I know the next time I need something like this done again, he will be the one I ask for

Highly recommend Serv Pro Arlington! My oceanfront condo was recently flooded from the upstairs unit and within 2 hours of placing a call, Colby & the team arrived to assess the situation. They removed baseboards and discovered early stages of mold and treated the area immediately as well as set up the necessary equipment to start the drying process. Colby was very informative and professional.
