Walked in at 10pm with a hungry family to be rudely told we would have to wait for a table even though there were only 3 booths in use and over half the lobby was blocked off. Had multiple people walk in behind us and get served due to the fact they had less people in their party. After about 15 minutes of listening to the baby fuss and hearing that the cook would be the only one there because the server wasn’t feeling well we decided to do this place a favor and take our business elsewhere. If there was a zero star option I’d give them the same rating as the amount of service my family got from this place..

We were just lucky to get stopped at this time here. My friend hadn't been to one. He ate everything ordered. And loved it. 2 others liked their plates too. Waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, gravy, sausage, bacon, more than enough. It seemed a bit busy, but wait was nil. Our server got it right. She was happy , I left a good tip. Coz we were happy too. Just a roadside little place. But has a good grill. Plenty of parking. They have stools at the counter. Or booths for four.

Very clean. Well managed. Cooks are quick and consistent also well prepared. Waitress friendly and neat. Very aware of customers. Up North needs this type of customer service. Best Waffle house I've been to OTR.
