What is the best way to store a bag of your vidalia onions? Should they be refrigerated at all?

1 way to store onions is to put in panty hose. Drop in 1 at a time, make a knot just above the onion; repeat until each leg is full. Hang this in a cool, dry place. Cut just below the knot of the onion on top as you need/use the onions below. Another way is in the refrigerator. You will need the small brown lunch bags. Take each onion & place in a bag. Put these in the crisper drawer of refrigerator. Some say the refrigerator way keeps longer than the panty hose way; it really depends on your climate & the humidity.
