If I could rate them less I would. If you want a bed frame that falls apart when your sleeping…this is your place! No one will be able to help you resolve your issue though because this could have happened from misuse and no this is not a “defect” in their opinion. Buy from a mom and pop store who actually care about their customers!!

Call and ask. We worked with a wonderful sales rep named Sharon. I do remember the manager being there because we had questions. I am sure they would give you their name with a phone call .
Give them a call ma'am and they can give you the right information, I think if you got the table from them they can order in parts as long as the item is not discontinued
