Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable people. Stopped in a few months ago and was very impressed with this store. Interior and exterior of store was spotlessly clean. Sabrina was extremely well versed in all things Tervis. They even comped me a newer design lid when I mentioned that I was less than satisfied with the lid originally furnished with my 20 oz. Stainless steel tumbler.

You can bring your patch into a local Tervis store and we can get that taken care of for you. If you are not close to a Tervis store, then you can send it in and we can process it for you that way as well. The instructions for that is available on our website.
Yes if they have the exact same design they can swap it out for you and if not they send it back to the factory
