Absolute garbage, my 25th anniversary gift from my job delivered to the wrong address not even close, the drivers are a bunch of pill poppers that can't read. This has happened several times not only for me but my wife's business and several friends on the regular. Do yourself a favor and put your pkgs on a greyhound bus, no clue how this company lol is in business there's waaaay better options out there please use them America! Garbage

What happened to FedEx and good customer service? We expected a ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED package. Fed Ex called and scheduled it with us. We waited two hours past the delivery appointed time and called. "MRS, ____ your package is still here due to delays". (me)My package has been there since June 2 and the scheduled delivery date was the 4th?" FEDEX was a no show on the 4th. "Mrs. _________Your package has been rescheduled for Sunday the 5th" What time on the 5th?" "The time you arranged" I arranged for today, not tomorrow, can I speak to a manager? The end result was they still have my package. I spoke to a second customer service rep and then to a manager who said they would call right back. They never called back and today, FEDEX is a no show again. So, i called again and they said "due to delays it will be delivered when we can schedule it" Fedex delivers packages that don't have a signature required. Why do they take precedence over a scheduled delivery? The cost of signature required packages is higher and we are paying for it and yet, they have had my package since June 2. Shame on you FEDEX!

My FedEx driver never comes to my complex. He always marks deliveries as refused by the recipient. Two packages today were marked this way and sent back to the sender. He never set foot on my property. I have video proof of it. Fedex refuses to fire him. Do Not Ship via FedEx ever. 1 Start is 3 too many for this business.
