This is the most unorganized 84 lumber I've ever delivered to. There is no professionalism with customer service check in. Somewhat clueless to product they ordered and the delivery number they needed to confirm delivery. Then I'm waiting for instructions on where and what to do next so i had to ask " how does delivery work here?". I go talk with 3 forklift drivers ,only 1 had respectful help while the other 2 weren't too concerned about receiving the product. If you don't have to use their services i advise you to steer clear unless you're just getting some decent rates on what you need. I wouldn't recommend this even if it was 50% off. The wood yard is awful. Need to shut down for 2-3 days and organize their products these 3 photos doesn't scratch what's back there 50 yards .

Terrible customer service: I ordered and paid for a door in February. Patiently followed up and was told it was being managed. As it turns out the door was never ordered. It is now August (Almost September). I dont have a door and was refunded my payment however I would not recommend using 84 because of this. 6 months to wait for a door is much too long. Especially when the delay is because 84 dropped the ball.

Hello, good morning independent truckers from South Florida, 0 star, avoid this company, the loading and unloading of trucks by the staff of this yard is slow and disrespectful, they do not respect the time of truckers and take all the time of the world to work. Local truckers avoid this place, they will waste their whole day on a load that sometimes pays between $350 and $550 per trip coming from places like Tampa or Miami, for example. Stay away from this company and save your time and money! Have a good day!
