Is there a law against feeding wild life in a neighborhood lake?. Primarily ducks, gators etc. Feeds 2-3 times daily. Throwing bread in the lake.

It is against the law and dangerous to feed gators. Ducks eat bread if it is given but it isn't healthy for them. If you want to feed them, please google suitable treats for them.
I seen a dead saw shark today while walking the old 41 bridge close to the shore, not sure who I contact about it or if I need to contact someone about it.

Yes only salt water and it also includes game fish such as snook no need to buy snook stamp as long as you have your name on the EBT card and ID proof so they know it's you. You can't use EBT for fresh water or boating fishing
