Absolutely ridiculous that portal pickup is an option, yet they can plaster a sign on the door and force you to use the drive-thru only. This is exactly why we will no longer go to this location. Ford road is at least faster & friendlier. Also submitted a complaint to corporate in regards to this location.

Can't ever order a delivery online or the app because it tells me it doesn't recognize my phone number. I almost always have to wait five or six minutes for bread to be ready that ends up being 10 minutes overcooked so it's burnt, the pizza is burned about 90% of the time. They run out of dipping cups before it's even night time.
