I ordered online a pizza it stated 45 mins for delivery a hour goes by I called them to find out they hadn't even cooked my pizza and there not delivering and there waiting on Door dash to contact them before they even cook it.. Nowhere does it say door dash delivery online nor that iam paying for their fee noone called to tell me these details she claims she was the manager very rude wouldn't listen how am I supposed to know its door dash????I better get the correct amount of refund so a refund still waiting 6.99 for delivery 3.00 for tip and 2.99 for a 2l of mountain dew they failed to give me pizza sucked overcooked and hard crust season non existing crust not on this pizza never again will I buy from river rouge

First off, I had placed an order on July 4th online,, only got half my order. I called them and they wouldn't refund me half of what I paid, and said they would give me credit, for the salad I didn't get, as well as a free medium 2 topping pizza. I called yesterday to get my credit on the Chicken Asiago salad I didn't receive on July 4th and the free pizza. As I started eating the salad, the lettuce and chicken started to not taste right. I ended up having a bad stomach ache and felt a little sick after I ate it. The pizza was bad. Wasn't even cut and tasted old and like cardboard. Usually when I order from them the food tastes fine and looks much better than what it did.. IDK if it was because it was a credit/free and not a paid meal why it was so bad. But don't think I'll order again anytime soon.

I live in an apartment building. I left the delivery driver a $10.00 tip. I indicated to driver I did not want my food left at the door. He/she left my order at the front lobby door without calling me down which only requires common sense. It would of taken less then two minutes. I requested a refund of my tip. Manager denied the refund of tip.

My delivery driver was the best thank you Christina matta for the fast delivery and I know it's not your fault but the food wasn't that good are oven baked subs was way to thin but I give Christina matta 5 stars for delivery for sure the food it's self was 2 stars
