Amazing customer service! Small shop packed to the gills with bikes and accessories for family riders all the way to professional cyclists and everywhere in-between. I walked in and was greeted by multiple people, some helping customers and some not. Someone came to answer my questions quickly and offered different options in different price points etc. I ended up needing to bring my bike in, so I did. They helped me unload it, brought it into the store, measured and replaced my old chain and put air in my tires (not asked for but desperately needed). Then, after I checked out, they helped me load the bike back up. All with the utmost professionalism. I never felt out of place or like a burden. Highly recommend.

Best shop in Jax hands down! I first came here a few months ago with a 1984 Specialized Expedition that needed some restoration to get on the road for my first bicycle. Everyone was super helpful with all my beginner questions and took good care of me on a budget. I kept bringing that bike in for service and upgrades over a few months with great service every time. I’ve recently purchased a new Felt VR60 as an upgrade and it’s been a great experience. A wealth of knowledge from everyone in the shop that also makes you feel like family! Highly recommend.
