I don't know who owns this Leo's, but they need to find people who have more customer service than the one who works there. Yesterday, (Saturday) I was calling for a carry-out and the girl who answered said "Can you hold a minute" and threw the phone down. Big clunk! I waited for over 5 min. and I could hear them talking in the background. I thought I heard her mention "carry out". Apparently, someone asked her who's on the phone. I was still waiting. I figured they must be slammed so I just hung up and ordered from Zorba's down the street. When I went to pick up my order I pass Leo's. There was 1 car by their restaurant. I guess they were too busy! She acted like I was bothering her. Like you say, the food and cooks are great but the service sucks!

The food was great and they have a huge menu with lots of options. Our waitress was friendly and stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything. Our order was prepared quickly and accurately and was brought out hot. We were greatly quickly and did not have a long wait to get a table.

10:30 on a Sunday, came to eat breakfast. The service was so so, but the coffee was good and refilled. The farmers omelette was very good and even the hash browns inside were well done (didn’t even request it). My eggs with cheese and hash browns were also well done like I asked and perfect. The power kept cutting out probably due to the wind, and the staff seemed busy and a little overwhelmed, I watched several people walk out who were annoyed. I wasn’t because I was a happy fat kid with my food. I wanted to leave a review because the quality of everything was great (I’m picky!) and the waitress was attentive even though she was busy. 🙂🙂

This is our favorite place to go after church for a late breakfast/lunch on Sundays. In fact, my 8yr old was asking me mid-Mass today, “Can we go to Leo’s?” We have kind of a big family and it’s really the only place around where I know everybody is going to find something they like on the menu. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick without feeling rushed. We’ve always had really friendly servers taking care of us too. It’s just an all around nice casual place to take the family. We’ve been there so many times and I can’t thing of a single negative experience. We are so thankful they reopened! I highly recommend it. Try the pita bread!
