We came to originally do two rooms, left after one because of how rough it was. We were told certain parts of the room were off limits, and we abided by that, only to find out that we could’ve been using it the entire time. None of the puzzles seemed to correlate, it honestly was just an overall bad experience. Edit: after we reviewed our charges from our banks, turns out they overcharged most of us and none of the amounts were correct.

I’ve been to many escape rooms with many different companies and this one was by far the worst. There was so much in the room that meant absolutely nothing and there was no correlation throughout the game. At one point we were told not to touch the stuff on the shelves but in reality it seemed we needed it, yet it was still useless. There was absolutely no AC and when we asked if there was a fan we could use because of the heat they told us no when there was one in the lobby as well. The game itself looked like a mess when we walked in as well. There was no timer and receiving a hint took time. There was also a rule where if you found a card you were put in “jail” and not allowed to help for a certain amount of time but there’s no way to tell when the time is up and they didn’t seem to be paying attention to when we found those. Overall was a rough experience and would never go back. UPDATE: The website advertises $26 per player and we originally were going to play 2 rooms but were so appalled we backed out and asked for a refund on the second room at least. After checking backing statements I was charged $40 twice instead which doesn’t add up. Each person in my group was charged differently like one was $112 which is absurd. Watch yourself if you ever choose to go here.

Was hopeful of a good experience.... My group and I and played the "Family Night" Escape Room The rooms have no A/C. When asked for a fan our game master (Who was super nice) said there were none in the building.... The game itself was a literal nightmare. Nothing went to anything. No where linear. Some items you can touch, some you can't. All grouped together on the same shelf. Game made zero sense. At one point you're supposed to find a particular book with no correlation to said book. My entire group sat there puzzled. One left the game because of the heat. Tons of un-related items in the game. I understand the theme is important, but maybe secure items on shelves that are more theme elements and place plexi in front of it? Tons of red flags. I really hope this place changes things up a little bit. Could be a really cool place if things were thought out a bit. It's also the only escape room where if you locate a certain piece of the game... you have to have a "time out" and sit on the couch and not help. One puzzle you had to locate the time on a clock....when asked about it we found the time was changed. Why put a clock in the room that is changeable? It was quite humorous when we were given instructions to not open or jump out the windows within the room... now I know why people wanted to.... Lastly, an escape room with no timer in the room? Da hell?

My friend had his 18th Birthday here. And I guess he chose the Zombie Apocalypse escape room. I wasn’t even scared at all. I didn’t really expect someone to dress up like an actual Zombie. We never got it done in time. Because my friends friend gave the gun to the zombie for a journal but the zombie never gave us the journal. All in all I had a great time. I hope I’ll be able to come back to do the other escape rooms.
