I went to have a pair of shoes polished and a few holes punched in belts and all I got was rude words. The belts needed a hole punch and he wanted to redo them completely, by shortening . We never even got to discuss the shoes. He threw up his hands and said he didn't need my business.. AND HE DIDN'T GET IT.

You don't need an appointment. It is recommended if you have large amount of work or wedding dress work. You can walk in anytime from 9-7 (Mon-Fri) and 9-5 (Sat). I always have a seamstress on the premises that will be able to help you with your alteration needs. The work is always done within one week. If you need it with a quick turnaround, just let us know before we start the fitting. We need to see if we have space to accommodate you in due time. Thank you!
