We came home last Sunday afternoon to see that our AC was not running. We called Cool Air, and Mandy spent about an hour trying to help us reset our thermostat. When this didn't work, she worked to find a tech who could come look at the system. There was a surcharge because this was a Sunday evening repair. But the tech figured out that the thermostat was broken, and was able to install a new one. They saved the day. We will be using them again when it's time to replace the entire unit.
