Walking trails with work out stations and plenty of shade on hot summer days!

Two playgrounds, 1 for toddlers and another for bigger kids. There’s a set of swings and what looked like some nature trails. Playgrounds are in shady area so that was a plus but make sure you bring bug repellent. Quite a bit of trash on the ground made park appear not well cared for.

Ive seen many parties held there and ive been to the park personally Theres two sides to the park. One where you park and is shaded and has lots of things for kids to do and water fountains to drink amd what not. Then the other side that faces midway where everyone usually holds there parties under the pavilion with tables and huge field and lake ..lots of choices. Heres the link to the county site for any info you may need.. https://www.charlottecountyfl.gov/services/ParksRecs/Pages/park.aspx?Map_Key=36
I have seen the scooters used by seniors, guess it depends on your brand
Yes there is a big open feild over the bridge where the ducks and turtles are.

No it is just waking trails and a large picnic area. Dogs must be on lead. By county ordinance dogs must be on a lead unless it's an enclosed dog park.
Not even a mile! They just put in some exercise machines along the trail. Watch out for the gator in the pond!
