Currently it was almost entirely a sandy/dirt play area ... I'm sure it will improve, weather permitting and you can actually hit off turf.

Only good for driving. The area is mostly sand and dirt so it is hard to practice with your irons or hybrids.

Convenient ,nice lady attendant, reasonable price, and a great little dog to do the welcoming. Large wide open space and can't see where you'd need anything more for a driving range. Worked well for me.
