My husband and I have been searching for lanai furniture for quite a while but, because of busy schedules, never got around to it. Then, being in the neighborhood, we stopped in Leaders Furniture of South Naples, to see if there was anything that would meet our needs. Kevin happened to be in the store, he welcomed us, allowed us to review the inventory, but would be available if we had any questions. Indeed, we had a number of questions and Kevin was able to respond to every single one of them. Because we have space restrictions, we received the benefit of Kevin's knowledge, making sure we didn't select furniture that would crowd our space. We finally made our selections, including material and colors for cushions. Kevin provided us with a wonderful shopping experience. The owner of this store is truly fortunate to have Kevin on his payroll. In fact, I would suggest giving him a raise!

He was able to help us with the furniture we picked and putting all the pieces together , picking out the fabric , coordinating the colors and advising us on the best products for our outdoor furniture. We received our 10-piece outdoor furniture order, with custom-made cushions, on 2/11/2022; and we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase! Everything was perfect; and the delivery-men set up everything. In the store, Kevin provided excellent customer service! He was truly a professional and had a lot of product knowledge. Custom ordered a very expensive outdoor table with a gray base and brown top waited four months and delivery was a month later than anticipated delivery date. When I finally got my delivery they delivered the wrong color base and the top of my table looked like complete garbage. Discolored cracked holes. Now they tell me that they have to file a claim and I’ll have to wait months for a new table meanwhile they didn’t have any problem taking my money. No one said anything to help they have been absolutely and completely always throwing the blame on to somebody else. Supply chain they say I said that’s what I get when the workmanship on this table is a shoddy and terrible . If I were you I would do your homework on this company their products are beautiful in the showroom and I’m sure that some people have good experiences but as for me I did not.
