Phil at Fit 2 Run in Disney Springs was the best customer service representative I could have ever asked for. He was endlessly patient and attentive. Phil spent almost 2 hours running back and forth retrieving shoes for my wife and I to try on until we both found the perfect pair. Phil also did a 3-D scan of my wife's foot and was able to diagnose and provide a solution for an issue that has been troubling her for close to ten years. Phil was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we left with the perfect sneakers. Really amazing experience. Thanks again Phil!!!

I’ve been to the Disney Springs store a few times before posting this. Something is off in this store. Staff greetings to customers are a ‘hey’ with little interaction between the staff. You can wander the store for a solid 10 mins before being approached to provide help. I waited in a line w 2 pairs of socks while staff jumped the cash out of queue with individuals they finished helping. No warmth here guys. You need to do better. We used to love your old location and staff but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Why am I leaving a bad review? Because for every bad review there are 10 bad ones you didn’t get. I specialize in retail leasing as my career. Please have operations review this unit.
