I have a UPS account and went in to have the label printed and they want to place a $10 hold on your debit/credit card. That’s awful service considering it’s a label from my UPS account. Terrible!

I have return many thing from amazon and never before did I have to print something and buy a box. I was told my the store employee that had to print there. $3 to login into the computer, $ 1 to print and $2 for the box. Costing me $6 plus tax, for a $10 book rental. Also had to wait in line twice because of this causing me to loose 30 mins of my time.

I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years and never have I had such a poor customer services I did today I will go out of my way to go to a different UPS location to return any of my Amazon products or I will find another method in which to do so the represented it was not only rude he threw my package and use profanity at me because I couldn’t figure out how to get into the printer this young gentleman needs to find another job other than customer service and the manager and regional of this store and area need to be well aware of what’s going on
