New management is terrible! We have yet again our third management group in the last couple of years. I love the location and surrounding area but this new management company is a joke. They do not respond to service requests and close out the tickets. They’re not responsive with questions just about anything. Now they informed us via text they are working with Airport towing to make more money and get peoples vehicles towed off the property. If you’re considering moving in definitely look elsewhere in the area pebble creek is declining fast! They treat this place like a low income complex in Sanford and not an upscale area of Lake Mary.

After having lived here for almost 7 years, it has been good until recently with the new management team in the past month. Maybe it's because they are new but my experience with the new management team has been horrible. They do not keep their word and even when they agree to take care of something it isn't done. I'm hoping it gets better. I love the apartment layout and previous experiences with the leasing office. I'm just very put off with the current management and my best advice is to record everything and have them put it in writing if they communicate with you for your own benefit
