A note of advice for especially for females moving in: For your privacy, please hang curtains and/or add static cling privacy film to bedroom windows, in addition to the blinds already there. Many of the bedrooms are located directly on the other side of terrace entryways. This also means the window is directly next to a terrace walkway area, regardless of which floor. Take this extra step from the start, as well as keep awareness especially in the evenings, to prevent others (i.e. some males on the property) from trying to peep or hang around these areas. Some pros from having lived at these apartments are: modern and spacious units, a really convenient location especially for those who do not have a car, and a great maintenance team that is quick and helpful.

I signed a lease a few weeks ago and got a call/email 36 hours before my move in date stating that my apartment was not actually available. I responded to the email(3times) and have tried calling the office MULTIPLE times during business hours and gotten no response. I’ve left two voicemails as well. I’m supposed to move in tomorrow and do not have time to find a new apartment. I’m getting zero help and the way this is being handled is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Maintenance team friendly and busts their butt trying to get things fixed. Besides angelo the office staff never come out of their offices. Office doors are closed and feel belittled when they speak to me
