Took my truck to get the wheels balanced and they broke a lug nut. This has now caused me 3 weeks of hell trying to get it off myself and even Dodge said they can't help. Atleast they could have done was give me a refund for causing several hundred dollars of damage. Now I need to take it to a special shop to drill the stud out and hopefully not ruin my expensive rims. They charged me for 4 wheels, did 3, and broke a lug nut. Thanks guys... will never return here again.

Installation is part of the deal. The only add-on is the road hazard insurance. Get it! They fix or replace any tire they sell when it goes flat -- no questions asked, no hassle!
Not sure about the color of rims but their service and value is the best! No one, and I mean no one, comes close.

You have to get the warranty to get free tire maintenance. Free repair and replacement for life of tires.
