Was trying to place an order and they wanted to over charge me just to refund me after I place my order. Rude service, don’t recommend.

My director decided at the last minute that he wanted to send 20 "appreciation bundles" to a group of co-workers and wanted them sent within a few hours. He chose the fruit-topped mini-cheesecake bundle that consisted of 6 mini cheesecakes, a box of chocolates, and a balloon (this meant that we needed 120 decorated cheesecakes ASAP). I called several Edible arrangements and could not find one that could accommodate the large, fast order until I reached Keisha at the Marina Village location. Once Keisha answered the phone, she was amazing!! She said, "give me an hour, and I will have it ready!" I cannot recommend Keisha and Lynne highly enough, they were so lovely and went the extra mile to make sure each bundle was perfect, and they were!! The order exceeded over $1,000, which the company could have easily missed out on if Keisha had not been willing to help us in a pinch. Now she has a loyal customer who hopefully will give her more advance notice next time.

This review is for the outstanding John at this location! I had a little bit of a family emergency and needed an arrangement fairly quickly. Not only was I shown the outmost care and compassion about my situation, but John went ABOVE and BEYOND!! He has great customer service skills and really listens to people. Then, he uses quick and efficient solutions and saves the day. My arrangement was absolutely perfect and my brothers girlfriend loved it. You are truly so super lucky to have John working there and a raise is well deserved!!! I will surely be back to this location because of the five star excellent service that I’ll likely never find anywhere else. Everyone can learn a little something from John and his perfect personality and superb service!! Xoxo Sonja

Darius delivered the order for my mother and grandmother today. He called beforehand to make sure that someone would be home to accept the delivery, which was very much appreciated. Everything was there that I ordered and delivered by noon today. He was nice on the phone as well. Was a good experience for us for this location. I placed another order that went elsewhere from another Edible Arrangements location today and it was a terrible experience. So I’m very glad this one went perfectly. Thank you, Darius!
