We just moved here in july and we are so happy. Tamara in the front office has been great at answering all our questions. The park is nice and clean and the people here are nice. I would definitely recommend this park for families.

A great place right off of 95 and close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The park is well kept and kid friendly. Definitely a family community.

Having lived here for 11 yrs this place continues to go down hill. They promise to do things like dig a ditch to keep the water from going underneath our homes but to no avail. Now in last 3 years rent has gone up from 515.00 per month to know 700.00. How nice. Still haven't fixed the drainage problem. Just did a ditch please.

R.V. lot or residence?
We are an all age manufactured homes community and we have a section for the RV which is our resort. We are fairly new, we opened this year, therefore this could be the reason why it is not updated on the goggle tour around the streets. I hope this helped... Thanks
