I also provided the services of this lawyer and he also charged me dearly and in the end I knew everything that his secretary or assistant supposedly had to do, that was in 2013, more or less, very bad secretary, terrible coster service, not recommend this office and this attorney

Iam posting on behalf of my step dad his views not mine. My dad had hired this firm with high hopes of becoming a US Citizen. After meeting with Mr. RICARDO he told my dad you will leave with 2 US flag the day of your interview. My dad had passed the Reading,Writing, and the Civic test all in English. But failed the understanding. Needless to say he didn't pass again. I know NO attorney can say 100% you will pass. I attended 2 in person meeting with the Attorney and my mom and dad to discuss his case. One thing I heard alot of is where is that document, or what happened to them. Last appointment recently he was late and blamed it on traffic. As a non attorney driving from Naples plan ahead leave earlier like we did. We was on time. The appointment was at 130pm. My dad said from the beginning he didn't have much faith with this Attorney. During the last appointment he straight up told my mom YOUR WRONG he changed his tone when my handed him the letter from Immigration guess my mom was right. At the end of the last appointment attorney said first he needs to file for a extension of the green card my mom.was like we done that. He replied then why are you here today. Mom replied back to see what out options are. He then said we would have to file a appeal which is 700+ for the government plus 2000 for his fee. To do the paperwork and attend a hearing. A hearing where 99% he would attend by phone and not in person. No thank You. For 2 grand I will file the paperwork myself. My dad which is client said he would NOT hire this firm again rather go to a more expensive attorney who will be on time and know where his files are. He is friendly, staff seem friendly. The over all picture is their is more knowledgeable more aggressive attorneys out there don't settle for a cheaper attorney.

Lo siento que tenga esa opinión. Mi deber es dar opiniones legales que sean acertadas. Prefiero que digan que soy abusivo y mala persona a que digan que soy mal abogado.
Good morning: Sponsors have to be found among your friends and friends, they have to be permanent residents or citizens and meet the necessary income requirements to be able to serve as a sponsor. You can Google the I-864P form and it will give you the amount that a sponsor must earn depending on the number of dependents they claim is their income tax. Unfortunately there is no entity to help you find a sponsor, if you attend church you could ask if they can help you. some churches help this
