Just stopping in for a few items; had the taste for some shrimps and salmon. We received awesome service, with a beautiful smile from Derek, in the meat/fish department!! Loved his energy!! You rock Derek!!

I used to use a bike for transportation and wear a backpack to transport groceries. My last time grocery shopping at this location one of their employees grabbed me by my backpack on my way out and told me to empty my bag, that I had stolen something. I gladly shoved a receipt in their face and pulled out the few bags of groceries. After proving I didn't steal anything, which was ridiculous I'm the first place, they seemed upset that I proved my innocence. I have never been treated so much like a criminal at any other establishment then this store. Do not come here.

If 0 stars was an option I would have chose that. Not only are the store employees rude, but the pharmacy staff is absolutely incompetent. I pick up the exact same prescriptions every single month. They are on auto refill but apparently that is too complex for the pharmacy staff. I have to call multiple times in order for them to fill my script. I have gone a week now without one of my medications because these people are useless. Beyond rude and unbelievably unprofessional. They tell me the script is ready for pickup but when I get to the store it is “still in process” for DAYS. I am a health care worker as well and every single patient we have that uses this pharmacy, has problems with the same thing. They lie to the patients AND the doctors office that sends the scripts. This is unfortunately not the only Kroger pharmacy that operates so terribly. Switched to meijer because Kroger pharmacies are a complete train wreck.
