I waited over an hour for my food, it was cold when I got it. Tried to call restaurant after already talking to them and no one picked up the phone. When I paid $34.11 driver tip included in that total, I was very disappointed with the service.

My daughter ordered pizza and bread sticks from Pizza Hut. While waiting on phone to order they hung up in her seven times. Finally got thru and ordered. They said it would take 50 minutes to get and it was over an hour. So she called back and they said her order was messed up and they had to remake it. They also told us it would’ve very hot, right out of the oven. Well the oven must have broke because when we got our order it was all COLD. Called back and talked to the general manager, supposedly the gm. She was very rude and hung up on my daughter. Will never order anything from them again

I was waiting at in line for the pick-up window and the customer at the window wouldn't drive around to wait for their food to be ready so they were making everyone else in the line wait for someone else's food; the line was at least 10 cars deep. A few employees came out of the back door going to different cars to ask for the person's name and would retrieved the order so they could leave. It was really nice and helpful, It wasn't their fault that the other customer was a jerk and the employees were able to find a way to help the other customers.

I have been back-and-forth on Pizza Hut my whole life, but the Pizza Hut here in Henderson is not bad. The pizzas always hot, it seems pretty fresh so you can’t be mad about that. And it has that classic Pizza Hut taste, that is like every other Pizza Hut around. As a kid it was always a treat to go to Pizza Hut, but as pizza changes and places become more boutique sometimes you find yourself back at the original. We got the pepperoni lovers pizza, add some pepper‘s so you can’t be mad about that. It came with the breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks. I don’t know about you but I love cheese sticks everywhere I go, except for when I go to Pizza Hut they’re plain breadstick is one of the best. We also got some hot wings, with the extra hot and they were pretty spicy so I’m not mad about that. They have a great app that makes the ordering easy and the wait time is always pretty low.
