The room was fine, but the hallway smelled like cigarettes horrible. Even the elevator was crazy slow and took forever. My biggest issue was the security at checkin. Typically any hotel will ask for your ID in order to verify you are the person checking in an not someone trying to use your name. It was my reservation but they never asked for my ID to make sure it was really me so anyone could have used my information to check in under my name. I’m not happy about that. Would I stay here again? Only if there was nothing else available.

Our room was on the third floor got off the elevator and a cigarette bud was on the floor. The third floor smelled like smoke. Walked into the room and noticed a bug on the pillow. Sure enough it was a bed bug. Immediately left and went to the front desk and got refunded and left that place. It was around 12:00 AM and we were traveling from Florida back home. The hotel staff was not very apologetic and we ended up driving through the night instead of staying anywhere. It would have been nice if the hotel would have found us another room at a different sister hotel instead of just a refund.

Very large, spotless, well kept room and well appointed bathroom. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I left a shirt and my favorite amethyst necklace hanging in the closet. I thought I'd never see the necklace again because it is valuable. When I called the day after check out, the front desk clerk said she had both. She put both in the mail the same day and I got them today, 2 days later! I commend the housekeeping staff for being honest and turning those items in and for taking the time and care to do so. Thank you to the staff overall for handling things so professionally. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The customer service was great and the hotel was inviting upon entry. I had an unfortunate incident at the establishment and the front desk employee was more than supportive! The rooms were well decorated and the hotel staff was attentive to our needs. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
