We walked in to eat. Before we got to the counter, we washed our hands. The bathrooms were filthy. No paper towels, dirty diapers in the trash can, trash everywhere and a film over the toilet. You couldn't pay me to sit on it. We came put onto the dining room, the floor was filthy, the coke machine was dirty and sticky, the front doors were dirty and full of finger prints. The risers between booths were dirty. We just left. Made us wonder what the kitchen looked like. I know there's a shortage of people to work, but this was unacceptable. I worked at a KFC for years.

They need to assist front counter just as good as they assist drive thru that is not the only business they have.

Got a chicken sandwich. It was actually pretty good. Usually it's warm and not very fresh. This time is was hot and fresh. I guess it depends who's in the back cooking.

I ordered Original chicken. When I got home 30 miles away Chicken was looking like baked chicken. There were three young people working. Apparently they didn't know how to prepare the chicken ... Awful ... Kids wouldn't eat it ... $25.00 lost cause. Won't do that again 😱
