I came to this place this morning with my Uncle , Because he has that appointment today and the line was crazy long but there's no problem with that the problem is that all the officers the work here outside of the building are super unrespectful, Officer Rodriguez officer Martin In another guy which is the last one they were outside They won't let me ask the question about my Uncle if I will be available to go inside so I can help them with any question that they ask him. They say no no we cannot answer any questions and if you not have appointment you gotta go, bye bye bye. Because people like them this country get worse everyday. What happened is what happened is the officers were old puerto ricans are all the country and they discriminate cubanos , because our easy way to get documents in the USA. I am a US citizen from 10 years. You What I have seen today is is super super super miserable.

It's a crap system. They treat people like I don't know what. You have to make a line at dawn at 3 in the morning I went. So they can serve you the same day. If you ask the officers outside they give you a wrong answer and say they don't know. A chaos.
