This location is clearly not manned for individual private aircraft arrivals. We arrived 20 minutes off of our ETA which resulted in a total time for processing of 2 hours for a 1 passenger small aircraft flight. Apparently the staff is spread so thin that you have to arrive exactly at your “ETA” ( so it’s not an ETA, in fact our agent called it a reservation) or you will have to wait and then be dressed down for not passing your delay, which in our case was due to unexpected weather, through Miami Center (never going to do that!) when airborne. My impression is that they are not manned for the services advertised and do not want you to use their facilities. I’m taking that lesson on board. Go anywhere else for customs service, literally anywhere else….

Disgusting service. We had to wait over 2 hours to be checked due to lack of staff and staff pushing us from pillar to post saying go to this one to get checked when other people were going before us even though we were in the line before them. We got spoken to horribly

Excellent service with Olivo. He conducted the interview for my Global Access renewal. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Only glitch was fingerprints Didn’t take the first time. Second time was just right. The facility is off of Tradeport Drive. This location is only used for GOES interviews while the airport location is being remodeled. We had to go to the airport 5 years ago, where the airport charged for parking. Parking was free here. The airport was busy and chaotic. This location was quiet, clean and calm. The personnel at both locations are the best!
