Lot rent is $347/month which include trash removal and park amenities (pool, bocce, shuffleboard, etc.). Residents are responsible for their own water/sewer, electric, and lawn maintenance.

You can call the office and they can help put you in contact with lawn care guys that work in the park..

There are several. Best thing to do is call the office. There are also several ads on our bulletin board from people looking for rentals. I'm not sure about long term. There may be rules regarding that.

The park doesn't have rentals, however, we can put your name with requirements on a compiled list. Should a resident wish to rent their home, they contact the office and we forward the list of names to them. Would you like placed on our rental request list?? If so, I would need # of BR, BA, pets? We don't have rentals through our park. However, we do compile a list throughout the year ....should a resident be in need of a renter...they simply contact the office and we forward a compiled list to them.
