My PCP couldn’t get me in soon enough so they told me to go to Prompt Care. I went to the south location and they said they didn’t have a provider on site and sent me to this location. When I got there at 1, I was told that they were closed until 3. I came back at 2:59, and they said I should’ve been told 3:15 instead. I got there once again at 3:17 and was told they had a three car limit and she had already taken the 3. They would close again until 5. Why do they even have hours of operation if they close all throughout the day? Also, why don’t the employees communicate with people about these times and car limits BEFOREHAND? It’s so unfair especially when you’re in pain with a severe sinus infection, but want to be considerate with the ER. People shouldn’t be turned away and treated so insignificantly, it’s not right.
