I put my laundry in the wash. It WASHED for over an hour. I call the number posted 5X. No answer. Get the website. Call that number 5X. No answer. Keep calling. Finally get an answer. It’s a lady. She said she’ll give her husband my info and he will call me. The husband I guess, not sure. Finally talks through the camera they have. He says just flip the red switch to shut off the power and back on. There was no cord to unplug. It’s linked straight to a box on the wall. It’ll open up. I do. Door opens. Now I have to put the clothes in another washer and pay for it. Can’t just do rinse and spin. Have to go through the entire cycle. No one ever showed up. Didn’t get a refund. He told me to leave the washer on?!?! Like what? You’re going to let someone else have issues now? Load my clothes in a dryer. It doesn’t work. Load them in another dryer. Saw a roach. No hand soap in the restroom. I will NEVER be back here and suggest the same for anyone else. Terrible customer service. Half of the machines don’t work. No comfortable seating for people to wait. Two metal broken down folding chairs. Cleanliness level 0/10. Photos attached.

So sad no one is ever there tending the place, it’s so gross, washers eat change, and most of the dryers don’t get hot… it’s such a great location it could be something great, just needs management.

Laundry is ok but some of the washers do leak water an some dryers don't work very well I don't recommend this place at all ?

The owner of this laundromat is a very nice person and is always helpful when he is in there. If there's anything wrong with the machine he comes right behind it and gives you handfuls of quarters couldn't meet a nicer guy
