Abysmal customer service, slow turnaround, and horrible communication about delays filled with contradictions and blame shifting. No effort to make things right; instead we were told it wasn't worth his time to fix his mistakes. We will definitely be going elsewhere for all future processing and strongly recommend you do the same.
