Horrible company. Doesn't tell you when a payment doesn't go through, just charges you an extra $75 instead to have your water turned back on. But when there is an issue with their system and they charge you for 3 months at once they are absolutely silent and don't say a single word

Atrocious water company. They turned off our water for a leak and said we were losing thousands of gallons a minute. Well, a plumber came and looked and said there's no way and the meter was likely broken, but they REFUSE to check the meter. They won't do that unless we pay $500 to have our whole plumbing system unearthed to find a possible leak. On top of that our bill was so ridiculously high that we couldn't pay it this month and they added an expensive shut off and shut on fee to boot. It's despicable, water is a necessity and they treat their terrible tasting water like it's a luxury you should pay an arm and a leg for. I've never seen a utilities company this bad. Something need to be done about them

Had my insurance assist me in covering a portion of my bill, they wouldn’t even answer the phones. I went an extra day without water plus had to pay a reconnection fee which is an entire month of water. I went in person and had the payment processed after calling in for over two hours with no answer. They immediately received the payment and said it would be turned on remotely in less than an hr. I went about my day and arrived back home 6hrs later to ensure my water was on, as it had been a disastrous experience for 2 days. Sure enough, my water was never turned on. I called in and they said they didnt know what happened. If I trusted their word and came home at 6 I wouldve been out of luck and absolutely NO ONE was going to be held responsible. Worst part about Casselberry, and maybe the only horrible thing, is the water company and the quality of water they provide.
