The worst dollar general I've been too so far. Workers are rude, & not helpful, they eat at the register when they should be working. I've placed 2 pickup orders in the past month. First one got delayed 2 hours after I placed it & it wasn't even supposed to be ready for another hour or so, they had no excuse not to get my 6 items that WERE IN STOCK. I went into the store to ask if my order as ready, cashier replied no, I've been busy, & I've been working alone The store had 2 other customers & another worker doing shelving work. I asked if I could pick out my items instead, I did, shopped through the store for my own pickup items. I placed an order today on 08/03/2022, same time for pickup as my last order, the cashier had over 4 hours to pick out 6 items & they delayed my order just like last time & as soon as I walked out my front door, they canceled my order. Why? Why offer these services if the workers don't want to do them.

I like this Dollar General but one of their male employees with glasses and a black ponytail will keep asking you "you're back again?" Yes I am because I want to shop here like any other customer would. The next day the store is open and when I'm in line the same employee says we're closed. It's very annoying and the other workers are very nice but this employee keep asking me "You're back again?"

Hello hello last night I went into Dollar General the staff was outstanding the place is very clean they have the best snacks in the world better than Dollar Tree come on down come on down we love this place they have a great great night staff we love those guys have a great day everybody peace and love very good store Tony out
