Typical New Era Steak and Shake. Kiosk to order, no plates, self serv and cleanup. Sad what these previously thriving eateries have been reduced to. They have lost their "personality", Evident by the reduced numbers in the dining room. It must be easier to succeed with less help and less dining room volume. Drive up seems busy, just as before the Kiosk makeover.

They're doing something right in this steak n shake. Better service and speed than what I'm used to from a Steak n Shake.

Frisco melt had no sauce. I ordered a cup of chili and didn't receive crackers or a spoon. Wouldn't be a problem except they don't have wait staff anymore to ask for those things. You have to stand back in line and hope someone comes out from the back so you can ask. What has this place come to?
