We were looking for tile for our kitchen backsplash and stopped in here to see what they had. We did not find what we were looking for but the guy who talked to us (I think his name was James) was the nicest and friendliest person. This store has some pretty fancy products displayed and I wouldn't blame them if they looked at us when we came in and figured we wouldn't be buying anything, but James treated us like valued customers, was patient with us, answered all questions, and had good advice about installation techniques (we were doing the work ourselves). We were impressed and I kind of felt bad that we didn't find what we were looking for so we couldn't make a purchase. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for any kind of tile.
