We use the "Hot Water Extraction" cleaning method via our "Truck Mounted Cleaning Units". It is considered the most thorough of cleaning process and is recommended by most carpet manufacturers. Dry times take anywhere between 8-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on the aforementioned variables. Using fans in any rooms cleaned and turning your air conditioning or heating system on, depending on the time of year, can help accelerate drying time. Regards, CJ White
