This review is solely for the scheduling team or lack there of! Like how can such a large organization literally have only ONE person scheduling appointments? I’ve been trying for 2 days to cancel an upcoming appointment that I can not cancel via MyChart and can’t get anyone to pick up. When I use the call back feature I don’t get a call or a missed call, just a voicemail. All other calls from Duke Health come through to my phone but calls from the GI scheduling service. How is that possible? I’m sure you all have a lot of no shows since people have a hard time getting through just to cancel an appointment. No wonder procedures are booked 4 months out!

Horrible scheduling team. I have been waiting a month for them to call me to schedule an appointment. They finally left me a mychart message that they were trying to schedule my appointment. They DID NOT call me. I have records of all my calls. Instead, they left a mychart message but prevented me from replying to said message. There is no way for me to reach them. I called numerous times and I never get through. I also tried their call back option, but they never called back. Absolutely horrible!!!

Been trying ro call thems for the last 2 week and leaving a message for appointment and no response they call at odd times I miss the call when the hospital have a shortage in nurses we truly need help in this society.
