52 bucks for 2 boxes of tacos and no cinnamon delights available. Thats the reason I went was for the sweet dessert. Would have never spent so much on there tacos. I've mostly stopped eating here since they changed the refried beans recipe. Can not stand the newer seasoned beans. Was my favorite food place for almost 36 years until they changed the beans. Ruined taco bell for me. Most people I know agree with me 9n this one. Yuck

Food never tastes ok. I'll drive out of my way to Minooka's because it is better. The Shorewood location allows ordering in the app but the inside remains locked so I still have to wait in a line for 45 minutes.

Stopped at 0130 to grab some food. Sat for 10 mins to nobody answering the drive through speaker. Decided to pull around. When I get to the window, manager tells me they are closed. When I told him that the website says 2am, he said they close at 1am due to Covid. Which would be fine if it was posted anywhere for any customer to see. But according to them its just word of mouth. They also told me that they have run out of food. That they haven't taken a single order for an hour prior to my arrival. However, I dont believe this to be true as I watched two vehicles in front of me, heard them place an order. While continuing to speak to the manager I also asked him if they are closed why not tell people as they pull into the drive through. He told me its company policy for them to not say anything. That he was instructed to just have them wait, and figure it out for themselves. Update just checked and the hours according to the website we're changed 10 hours ago, which means that nothing on there about closing at 1am due to Covid. A response would be appreciated.Thanks for the heads up, Brock. We’ve reached out to the appropriate teams to look into this.
