Loved our overnight stay here! The rooms were extremely clean as well as bathrooms and overall hotel! Felt very safe and comfortable. All of the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Very dog friendly as well which was amazing if you travel with your dogs or animals! Definitely will use this as our hotel when we drive through the Midwest again!

Positive: The staff was outstanding, very helpful. We had to extend our stay and they covered it. Negative: I would like to see a better breakfast menu, but I understand what they is the best they can do. All Hampton Inns have the same. Its a corporate problem not the hotels.

Positive: Staff was very easy to work with. We had to extend our stay and they took care us. We didn't need to move to another room. Negative: Some of the food at breakfast did not look very appetizing. One day there was no batter for waffles.

The hotel as a whole is pretty nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is an area where you can buy snacks, drinks, beer, wine, etc. The free breakfast runs from 6 to 10 and its been really great. Lots of options. Cons: room service is request only. Kind of a drag if you are staying for a few weeks like me. I had to ask twice for them to do it and when it happened it was very minimal. Had to ask for extra trash bags and for them to refill the coffee. Minor complaint though. The shower needs a good deep clean. Some mold in the corners. Felt like I needed to wear shower shoes. Dirty socks in the top of the closet from the previous guest. The rest of the room was fine. The bed is pretty rough. Matress is a way to firm and worn out. I can feel the springs. Pillows are flat. The laundry room for the whole hotel consists of 1 washer and 1 dryer. Quarters only, and there is no change machine. The staff at the front desk stated they could not make change due to not having any quarters. All in all its a pretty nice place. Big room, clean facilities. They just need to tighten up on the room service personnel and it would excellect.
