Worst staff ever except for the nurse aides. The nurses do not care and are so so rude

Wake Brook has helped me immensely. They're not perfect, but most of the people there do a great job, try hard to help, and honestly they don't have an easy job!. Addicts are a tough bunch to deal with. I know, I am one. Thanks y'all!

I had had only good experiences until I went there recently and they were packed. Therefore, I ended up in the wild wild west, also known as the crisis ward. People were screaming, banging stuff for hours on end. Nurses ignored everyone and techs huddled in a crowd laughing at patients. I was refused meds and I attempted to approach a nurse. A tech snarled at me take my @zz back to my room. Luckily I was transferred upstairs the next day. Dr. ZaZa is the only good thing about this place. Oh employee who checked me in stole the $40 that was to cover my cab ride when I was discharged. Good job stealing from someone who already has nothing.

dr.council is the only good thing about this place. after staying overnight in their emergency care unit and later learning that their upstairs inpatient facility doesn't accept patients residing outside of wake county, i was told that my assessment from wakebrook would be sent to triangle springs and was provided a lyft to be transferred there. yesterday, i waited eight hours (from noon to 8:30 p.m.) to be assessed again by briana at triangle springs and was recommended their partial impatient program (which lasts for two weeks), although wakebrook originally planned a total inpatient program (lasting three to seven days) for me. today, heather at triangle springs called to tell me that they don't have a contract with my insurance company, nor do they accept patients residing outside of wake county. an additional note: if you want uninterrupted sleep, i wouldn't suggest this place. i entered this facility around midnight and didn't get to sleep until 2:30 a.m. and i was repeatedly woken up throughout the night for medicine (at 5:00 a.m.) and to update me on the status of my admission (around 7:30 a.m.). my pulse remained around the 130 range because of how angry this experience with their incompetency and disorganization has made me.

Just call and ask. They provide everything needed, and it's just a short stay detox, so probably nothing much.
Nothing is free, my friend. But they do offer financial assistance, if you qualify.
This is just a detox, but they can refer you to a rehab straight from there if that's what's needed.
No, you can walk in, but it is recommended that you call them first at 8am every morning when they open and will know how many discharges they will have for the day.
Yes
No. No type of substances other than prescribed medications are allowed. They will provide you with nicotine patches/gum if you need it though.
Just call them.
